Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-obsessed Customer Experience Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our platform and services.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the customer journey from onboarding through renewalAct as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs across internal teams
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Design and execute customer engagement programs, including education and adoption initiatives
Manage escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution of customer issues
Track and report on key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn, etc.)
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience working with SaaS platforms or technology companies preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM and CX tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk)Background in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle management
