This position requires a professional who utilizes ingenuity, initiative, and solid independent judgment to produce high-quality diagnostic scans while delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Details- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Variable 12-Hour Shifts
- Schedule: Full-Time Contract Hours
- Location Address: 400 South Clark Street, Butte, MT 59701
- Operate complex CT equipment and related information systems to deliver high-quality diagnostic images per department protocol.
- Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and comprehensive patient/family education regarding procedures and contrast safety.
- Review and evaluate scans for clinical quality, clarity, and anatomical accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and sterile techniques.
- Administer contrast media under radiologist or physician supervision.
- Must hold and maintain active ARRT competency in all clinical and technical radiologic functions.
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience as a CT Technologist in an acute or fast-paced clinical setting.
- Fully competent in contrast administration, IV starts, and patient safety protocols.
- Strong team-player attitude with the ability to work independently.
