Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will report into senior operational leadership and take full responsibility for the successful execution of assigned commercial construction projects.
You will:
- Plan, direct and coordinate construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage all project documentation including drawings, specifications, submittals, requests for information and schedules
- Coordinate project resources, subcontractors and key vendors across multiple workstreams
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, designers and external stakeholders
- Track project costs, review invoices and produce accurate budget and cost reports
- Negotiate and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects progress in line with agreed schedules, quality standards and safety requirements

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- A minimum of five years' experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven experience creating and managing construction schedules
- Strong capability reviewing construction documents, including plans, specifications and submittals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
- OSHA 10 certification (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- A structured, detail‑oriented approach with the confidence to take full ownership of projects
