Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
- Active Maryland PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the assignment start.
- Home health experience required. Candidates must have clinical experience providing in-home patient care, documentation in home health electronic medical records, and familiarity with home safety assessments.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Ability to travel to patient homes across the Charles County area and surrounding communities as assigned.
- Must be able to provide a current resume for consideration.
