Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,960 – $2,070
- Position: Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN), Breast Surgery / Oncology (Travel Nurse)
- Primary Location: Edmonds Clinic (floating to First Hill and Issaquah as needed)
- Training: First week at First Hill Clinic (Seattle, 98122)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (8-hour days); 40 hours/week
- Schedule Perks: No weekends, holidays, or call requirements

Job Requirements- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact license honored at all Swedish facilities)
- BLS certification required
- OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient/ambulatory clinic or oncology (inpatient or outpatient)
- Experience with Epic charting system required
- First-time travelers accepted — great Washington travel nurse opportunity
- Must provide 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
- Provide outpatient oncology nursing and breast surgery clinical support in a busy ambulatory clinic
- Telephone triage and new patient calls, including initial care for new breast cancer diagnoses
- Deliver surgical teaching, drain care education, and patient education for pre/post-op breast surgery patients
- Coordinate care for high-risk cancer patients and those genetically predisposed to breast cancer
- Perform medication reconciliation, dressing changes, wound care, and obtain vital signs
- Conduct pain assessments and document patient history, allergies, and patient health questionnaires
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including surgeons, medical oncology, genetics, interpretation and social services
- Care for a diverse patient population from adolescents to geriatrics with sensitivity and clinical competence
- Oncology RN, Breast Surgery RN, Ambulatory Clinic experience
- Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
- Telephone triage, patient education, medication reconciliation, wound care
- Experience with high-risk oncology workflows and interdisciplinary coordination
