About Our Client
My client is a mid-sized Commercial General Contractor based out of the Kansas City area. They've been in business for over 30 years and throughout the years have created a strong reputation in the market. They are extremely diversified in what they build which allows them to maintain a strong backlog.They touch all market sectors and a few example projects they frequently work on include churches, banks, retirement homes, medical clinics, etc. They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and need to hire multiple Project Managers they can train and develop.

Job Description- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction related field is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of commercial Project Management experience
- Strong background in construction
- Experience on projects between $200K - $10M
- Proficient in Procore or similar technology
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 USD.
