Field Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish) – High-Growth Food Service Territory
Location: Westchester County, NYSchedule: Full-Time (Field-Based)
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic $110K–$150K+)

This is a true territory ownership opportunity for a motivated, bilingual sales professional who wants to build a book of business, drive revenue, and directly impact their earnings.

- Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to ongoing account growth
- Conduct in-person visits, outreach, and follow-ups to keep your pipeline moving
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay on top of your pipeline, activity, and revenue goals
- Outside sales experience (food service, distribution, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with the drive to work independently in the field
- Organized, competitive, and results-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish/English
