Electrical Quality Inspector
This is a pivotal role where you will serve as a technical gatekeeper for mission-critical hardware.

Responsibilities- Precision Inspection: Execute rigorous visual and mechanical inspections of complex wire harnesses and PCBAs, ensuring strict adherence to IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 standards for mission-critical hardware.
- Quality Data Management: Own the end-to-end documentation of inspection results; manage non-conforming material (MRB) and validate hardware against the latest engineering revisions and complex Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Engineering Partnership: Serve as a direct bridge between Production and Engineering to perform root cause analysis on workmanship defects, driving immediate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Proactive Quality Auditing: Lead "floor-side" audits of real-time assembly techniques—including precision crimping, soldering, and component placement—to catch variances before they reach the final inspection stage.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks by providing high-frequency feedback, ensuring quality is a driver of throughput rather than a barrier.
- Industry Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience in high-stakes environments (Aerospace, Defense, or Robotics) where failure is not an option.
- Certified Authority: Current or prior IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is mandatory.
