Minimum Requirements- Associate, Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
- Experience working in Home Health required.
- Familiarity with home health documentation recommended. Client prefers experience with HCHB and OASIS; these are preferred but not required if strong home health experience is demonstrated.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to travel within the assigned county region, including Charles County area, as needed.
