Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare will:
- Assist in coordinating daily field activities and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Help maintain project documention and reporting.
- Support project leadership in meeting deadlines and milestones.
- Participate in site meetings and progress tracking.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive jobsite environment.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare should have:
- 2-5 years of construction experience.
- Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or field leadership experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Procore and industry-standard software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Connecticut and commute to Hartford.
