Full Time Dental Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our growing endodontic practice.We are looking for a positive, team oriented individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and contributing to a supportive, patient focused environment.
Schedule: 5 days a week, no nights or weekends
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of dental front office experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $20-$24 per hour.
