Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Geriatrics - $960 per week
Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Geriatrics for a travel nursing job in Annapolis, Maryland.

The Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Geriatric Nursing Assistant performs a variety of individualized patient care activities including bathing, dressing, feeding and transporting as well as related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of the geriatric patient population.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active CNA with Geriatric Certification, required
- Experience with memory care patients, preferred
- Prefer one year of geriatric nursing assistant experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years.
- Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with subsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per state requirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and having the ability to be work with geriatrics per state requirements. • Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions.
- Current CPR
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Openings: 3
- 1 full-time dayshift – 6:45am-3:15pm – M-F & EOW/holiday
- 2 full-time evenings – 2:45pm-11:15pm – M-F & EOW/holiday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $24/hr
