Customer Experience Associate

Responsibilities- Order Management: Accurately update and manage customer orders within our internal systems
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact to address customer queries, provide updates on order status, and resolve concerns
- Warehouse Coordination: Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment
- System Utilization: Use SAP and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel) to track data and maintain operational flow
