Our client is a Real estate company that offers development and construction services of multifamily and mixed use properties. With multiple offices in the United States, they're a fast growing firm with a strong pipeline of Projects in the Denver metro.
They are looking for an experienced construction Assistant Superintendent to join their team immediately.

Job Description

The Assistant Construction Superintendent will have the following responsibilities:

 •  Reporting to the Lead Superintendent
 •  Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications
 •  Work with Superintendent (and project management team) to maintain the project's schedule
 •  Ensuring quality control on various aspects of the project
 •  Maintain a set of production documents and update daily so an accurate picture of work in place is consistently maintained.
 •  Maintain and review the safety plan as needed to ensure the project site is up to company standards
 •  Assist in maintaining the Construction Management Plan and logistical co-ordination.

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Assistant Construction Superintendent will have the following:

 •  2+ years of superintendent experience in the multifamily (NOT Residential) construction space
 •  Strong communication skills, particularly with subcontractors and other project team members
 •  Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
 •  Ability to multitask
 •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 •  a Bachelor's Degree
