What You’ll Do
As a member of our dining team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents and guests enjoy outstanding meals in a comfortable setting. Daily responsibilities include:
- Providing warm, professional table service for residents and guests, including food and beverages.
- Setting up, serving, and breaking down dining rooms and special events.
- Performing opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Bussing tables, food running, bartending, or hosting when needed.
- Following sanitation, safety, and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe and organized dining area.
- Assisting residents with seating, reservations, and point-of-sale transactions when covering hostess duties.
- Communicating concerns promptly to supervisors and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work with older adults in a respectful, caring manner.
- Reliability and willingness to take on a variety of dining service tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Flexibility to assist with different roles (serving, bussing, bartending, hosting, dishwashing) as needed.
