The pharmacist must be comfortable working independently, especially during weekend shifts. This position requires adaptability and strong clinical judgment in a smaller facility setting where housing availability may be limited.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacist experience (as specified)
2–5 years total experience preferred
Active New Hampshire Pharmacist license (or willingness to obtain upon offer)
BLS (AHA) certification required
Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred
Previous travel experience highly preferred
Meditech experience preferred
Omnicell experience preferred
Must be willing and able to work independently
Must reside 50+ miles from facility (no local candidates)
Pharmacist skills checklist required at submission
One supervisory reference (within past year) required
Complete work history and permanent address required
