Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in Telemetry is responsible for monitoring patients’ vital signs, identifying abnormal findings, and responding to emergency situations in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' heart rates and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer medication and provide routine care as prescribed.
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Active IL RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Completion of a travel contract
