KP843 - Full-Time Executive Housekeeper - West Village, NYC

Overview:

A seasoned executive housekeeper is sought for a formal, high-end townhouse in the West Village, to start ASAP. The schedule will typically be 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday and will not exceed 40 hours per week. The candidate will work alongside 2 other executive housekeepers.

Responsibilities:

• The housekeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the 10,000-square-foot property over 4 floors, as well as laundry and organizational needs for the family.
• Candidates must be experienced, professional team players, as they will be working alongside another executive housekeeper, a more junior housekeeper, and the full staff.
• This position will be the best fit for a person who thrives on high expectations and expects a normal and respectful working environment.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have previous experience working in formal, HNW households.
• At least 5-8 years' experience working in a similar role
• Sterling and verifiable references

Requirements:

• US passport, Green Card, or EAC
• Must be okay with pets - the family has one dog
• Available to start ASAP

Salary and Benefits:

• $125-$130k+ (commensurate with experience), plus medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan
• Candidates receive all major holidays off with additional vacation days to be used at discretion
