General Production Associate
A leading food manufacturing company in Pittsfield, NH I is looking to hire Sanitation Associates for 1st Shift. This company operates in a food production environment and is looking for dependable individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
Position: General Labor Associate
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hourLocation: Pittsfield, MA
Job Duties:
- Assist with food production and packaging operations
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow detailed production instructions and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be comfortable wearing required clean room and food production attire, including hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), gloves, smocks, and other personal protective equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment:
This position is located within a food manufacturing facility. Employees will be required to follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines and wear required clean room attire throughout their shift. The environment is clean, temperature-controlled, and focused on producing high-quality food products.
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
