Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Day Shift | 100% Onsite
Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Planner to support purchasing, inventory planning, supplier management, and 3PL coordination. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, inventory replenishment, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and inventory replenishment activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or supply risks.
- Utilize Oracle ERP to maintain accurate planning and inventory data.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to support inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy.
- Support Amazon fulfillment and replenishment activities.
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure product availability.
- 2+ years of experience in Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Strong Oracle ERP experience (Oracle EBS preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses and inventory replenishment.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
