Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of OR Surgical Tech experience (Required)
Active Washington State License (Required to submit)BLS Certification (Required)
CST (Preferred)
Strong experience in: Orthopedic cases (highly preferred – ~65% of cases)
General OR procedures (ENT, urology, plastics, podiatry)Robotics (Da Vinci & Mako preferred)
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced OR (15 cases/day average)
