About Our Client
Our client is a New England-based general contractor founded in 1985 and recognized for honesty, commitment, and quality craftsmanship. They deliver public, institutional, higher‑education, lab/life science, and commercial projects ranging from $1M-$50M (most in the $10M-$15M range), with a mix of 60% renovations and 40% ground‑up work.With offices in Cranston, RI and Foxborough, MA, the company is expanding and has several new projects ready for immediate assignment.
Job Description- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
- Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and project documentation
- Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to company safety standards and quality expectations
- Interface directly with owners, architects, public agencies, and project stakeholders
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to track project progress and maintain accurate reporting
- Support estimating, procurement, buyout, and contract administration
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the VP of Construction on project strategy
- Manage 2-4 smaller projects simultaneously as part of growth in the project pipeline

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Background in public or municipal work strongly preferred (open to all except residential)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore
- Ability to commute to the Foxborough, MA office and travel to projects across MA/RI/CT
- $120K-$175K base salary
