Engineering manager
A leading plastics manufacturer in the greater Nashua NH area is in search of an Engineering Program and Tooling Manager. This position is unique and has a broad set of responsibilities. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates must demonstrate professionalism through customer interface experience. Candidates need relevant experience in a regulated industry such as: medical, automotive, electronics. Manufacturing experience within the medical industry is preferred.
Qualification of complex tight tolerance injection molds and validation activities is required.

responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the entire program lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring every milestone is achieved on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Establish high-impact objectives and KPIs that define success, delivering transparent, high-level status intelligence to senior leadership.
- Champion cross-functional execution, proactively neutralizing risks and navigating complex roadblocks to ensure seamless delivery.
- Engineer robust program structures, strategically managing schedules, resource allocation, and budget
- Spearhead the design and optimization of cutting-edge tools that not only satisfy customer demands but also drive massive operational efficiency.
- Foster deep cross-functional collaboration to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
- Study and evaluate the integration of new technology into existing infrastructures, ensuring synergy with current systems and processes.
- Act as advisor for decision process, vetting third-party solutions against custom-built tools to ensure long-term scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying hidden operational gaps and engineering lean solutions to streamline the entire production ecosystem.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by leading and mentoring a diverse team of Tooling Technicians, Program Managers, and Manufacturing Engineers.
- Accelerate professional trajectories through dedicated coaching, providing the guidance necessary for both technical mastery and personal career growth.
