Job Description- Plan, execute, and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage changes to project scope and cost.

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $130000 to $150000.
