Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager and senior leadership team in the successful delivery of new‑build construction projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the delivery of ground‑up industrial and tilt‑wall projects
- Supporting project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Assisting with procurement and buy‑out processes
- Supporting site teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule targets
- Contributing to client communication and project reporting

The Successful Applicant
For the Assistant Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- Experience supporting new‑construction projects in industrial, warehouse, or big‑box retail sectors
- Exposure to tilt‑wall construction preferred or strong background in new construction
- Background as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer with clear progression
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project controls
- Proficiency with industry software such as Procore or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑first mindset
- Someone valued for attitude, work ethic, and potential-not just what's on a résumé
- Salary range: $75,000 - $113,000
