Position Summary Easlan is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support Pelham Place North & Pelham Place South Apartments. This role involves handling maintenance requests, performing repairs, preparing apartment units for new residents, and ensuring overall property upkeep.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
- Perform repairs in vacated and occupied units (HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain property appearance, including exterior upkeep and curb appeal
- Assist with apartment turnovers
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call availability required for emergencies
- Occasional weekend work
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
- CPO certification preferred
- Apartment maintenance experience required
- Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Frequent standing, bending, and use of hands/arms
- Specific vision abilities, including accurate color vision
- High School Diploma or equivalent
