Shift Diffs:
$0.40 for 2^nd and third shift$0.40 when they work the TCU unit (all shifts)
$1.00 weekend day shift
$1.40 for 2^nd and 3^rd shift

Qualifications:
- Current Rhode Island LPN License in good standing
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
