Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent - Diverse Projects - D.C. will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of construction activities on site
- Assisting with site logistics, sequencing and short-term scheduling
- Monitoring subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work
- Ensuring safety standards are upheld and site compliance is maintained
- Coordinating inspections and supporting close-out activities
- Acting as a key point of contact on site in the absence of the Superintendent

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Superintendent - Diverse Projects - D.C. should have:
- 2+ years of Superintendent experience
- Experience working on either interior or ground up projects $2M+
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft or other related software
- A safety-first mindset with a high standard of workmanship
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred
