- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-Call / Weekend Requirement: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend day (Saturday/Sunday)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- CHHA experience required
- Homecare Homebase EMR experience required
- Experience in home health, community nursing, or clinical support services preferred
- Strong ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player
- Comfortable providing care in a home-based setting
- Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete patient visits, assessments, and ongoing care coordination
- Document clinical findings accurately in the EMR system
- Support continuity of care through clear communication with the care team
- Manage assigned coverage areas and maintain timely visit schedules
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports independence and recovery
- Follow homecare best practices and uphold professional nursing standards
- Meaningful one-on-one patient care in a home health setting
