Manufacturing Team Leader
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Team Leader in the Cookeville, TN area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead area production activities to meet schedule and output goals
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to operators and other support staff.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are met
- Monitor line performance, track KPI's, and address issues in real time
- Troubleshoot downtime, defects, and process issues
- Maintain standard work and ensure compliance on the floor
- Support Lean/continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, waste reduction)
- Track scrap, inventory, and production data
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting
- Post-secondary degree preferred (High school diploma or GED required)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
