Travel Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse - $3,085 per week
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: CVOR
- Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 06/15/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
- Minimum 24 months of current CVOR experience
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Must be willing to float to units where experienced
- Active Arizona RN License or Compact RN License
- Clean Nursys report with no disciplinary actions
Required Certifications
(All certifications must be from AHA or American Red Cross)- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered
- Driver's license copy required with submission
- Complete Banner Cover Page required
- CVOR/OR-specific skills checklist required
- Updated resume must include:
- Facility names
- Bed counts
- Trauma levels
- Units worked
- Flu vaccination required (declination available through Banner)
