Qualifications of an ideal Cook:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CPR Certified
- At least 1 year of related work experience
Cook Job Summary:
As a Cook you are responsible for creating a high-end dining experience for our residents; dining services are available seven days a week, featuring themed dinners, carving stations, and dessert displays.- Prepare delicious entrees, soups, vegetables, accompaniments, and garnishes
- Maintain high standards of quality, temperature control, and presentation
- Follow nutritional guidelines based on resident care plan
- Ensure the prep station and kitchen is kept clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety guidelines
