Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple ground-up commercial projects from start to finish
• Overseeing superintendents and coordinating field operations
• Controlling project schedules, budgets, and cost reporting
• Leading subcontractor procurement, contracts, and negotiations
• Collaborating directly with executive leadership on project strategy
• Traveling to job sites as needed to ensure quality and progress
• Utilizing Procore and other construction technology platforms

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience
• Experience with self-storage, grocery, or industrial projects required
• Strong experience managing superintendents and field teams
• Ability to travel out of state approximately once per month
• Comfortable working in-office when not visiting job sites
