Job Description

Qualifications & Experience for the Senior Estimator

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5-7+ years of experience in multifamily or residential construction estimating
Strong proficiency in estimating software, quantity takeoff tools, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
Experience developing and managing cost databases and analytics
Strong understanding of preconstruction processes and early-stage budgeting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

10-15 years of experience
Experience in multifamily development or wood-frame residential construction
Exposure to affordable housing projects and HUD-related cost requirements
Background in preconstruction or estimating leadership functions
