Job Description

The Production Manager is responsible for leading all production activities within a manufacturing facility, ensuring that safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are achieved.

This role emphasizes team leadership, operational execution, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on lean manufacturing principles and employee engagement.

Lead daily production operations to meet quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Develop, coach, and manage production teams to build a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience managing production teams in a fast-paced environment. They bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a track record of driving operational improvements and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant leadership.
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
Experience with ERP systems and leading production teams.
