Test Technician Level A

Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and maintain advanced test equipment for hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and electromechanical systems
- Execute functional, qualification, and acceptance tests in accordance with engineering specifications and procedures
- Analyze test data, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot complex system failures
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve product or process issues
- Calibrate and verify test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (FAA, AS9100, etc.)
