• Lead all on-site construction activities for assigned industrial projects from mobilization through closeout
• Maintain full accountability for site safety, enforcing OSHA compliance and company standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade labor to ensure schedule adherence
• Drive daily and weekly planning, sequencing, and short-interval scheduling
• Oversee quality control and ensure work is executed in line with drawings and specifications
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for internal project teams and external partners
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to mitigate schedule or cost impacts
• Support punch list, turnover, and final closeout activities

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on industrial or heavy commercial construction projects
• Strong background managing subcontractors and self-perform work in live construction environments
• Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality execution
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with project management teams
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and decision-making skills

• Base salary starting at $110,000 (low end), dependent on experience
