RN - Emergency Room - Ganado, AZ - RNDS

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift | Shift Length: 12 Hours | Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Emergency Room for an exciting Travel or Local job in Ganado, AZ.

• Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients with acute and life-threatening conditions
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on severity
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as ordered
• Assist with emergency procedures, resuscitations, and trauma care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with emergency department protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain readiness and efficiency in a high-pressure emergency environment

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or compact state
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience required
• Experience in Critical Access or rural hospital settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality emergency care
