KRAs -
Finds, screen, and hires technical talent (software engineers, developers, IT specialists) using sourcing platforms like Job Portals & LinkedIn etc,Manage the full recruitment life cycle from understanding technical needs with hiring managers to negotiating offersensuring a strong, skilled, and culturally aligned workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using boolean search, X-ray search, social media, and internal databases.
- Screening: Evaluate candidate CVs and technical skills to determine alignment with job requirements.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial technical and behavioral phone/video screenings and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline and manage candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Negotiate salary, benefits, and final offer details, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Assist in the pre-onboarding process and initial onboarding stages.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT skills, technologies, and jargon.
- Sourcing Skills: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn boolean search, and other platforms (link removed)>
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in HR or a related field, with 15+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of specialized roles (e.g., Software Engineer, DevOps, Data Scientist).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
