As an Invoice Processing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's financial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately process and manage invoices for our clients, vendors, and suppliers.You will work closely with our accounting and finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices for clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system
- Prepare and process payments for approved invoices
- Monitor and track invoice payments to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any invoice-related issues
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices and payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline invoice processing procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
