THE ROLE
Deliver an exceptional client experience while serving as a true brand ambassadorBuild and maintain a loyal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance
Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections
Utilize CRM tools to strengthen client relationships, drive repeat business, and support boutique events
Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and operational excellence
Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management, replenishment, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures
PERSONAL PROFILE- 3+ years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail
Strong sales mindset with experience working toward individual and boutique sales goals
Passion for fashion, design, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture
Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional presentation
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a team-first mentality
Confident using CRM tools, POS systems, and retail technology

$20-$26/hour + commissionGenerous clothing allowance
