Job Description
  • Project Management: Serve as the Lead Project Manager on a high-profile Lab & Research Facility project with a 24-36 month duration.
  • Schedule Management: Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and execution efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with field operations and project teams, including an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, and Lead Superintendent.
  • Quality Control: Oversee project financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Documentation: Participate in project meetings, strategy discussions, and executive-level reporting as needed.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry working for a General Contractor.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued between $30M-$50M+.
  • Background in higher education, institutional, laboratory, public-sector, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex construction projects.
  • Design-build project experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and navigate complex project challenges.
  • Known for being hardworking, loyal, honest, and dependable.
  • Professional, team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and represents the company exceptionally well.
