- Shift: Day shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts/week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 – $1,650
- Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent ICU experience prior to travel — demonstrated critical care (ICU RN) experience required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a Compact State license in hand
- Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications (active, not pending)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (must obtain prior to start)
- Epic EHR / Epic charting experience required
- At least two recent ICU references (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) from the past 12 months
- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (maximum 2 attempts)
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU as an experienced ICU RN
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment using Epic
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, titrate drips, and perform ICU-level treatments and interventions as prescribed
- Perform accurate and timely charting in Epic and participate in required competency assessments
- Participate in ongoing education, skill validation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Work scheduled holidays as part of the team rotation (at least every other holiday)
- Work in a modern ICU with a supportive critical care team
