Job Description- Perform Trade Confirmation, settlement, and reporting for time deposit and corporate deposit products
- Conduct bank's systems user recertification periodically
- Monitor all payment status for responsible products
- Conduct daily general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation for treasury products
- Perform monthly and quarterly revaluations and business reports
- Support treasury product related UAT testing
- Prepare documents and responses to information requested by internal, external audits, Head Office
- Draft and update product procedure for review and approval
- Support the ad-hoc project that assigned by team lead

The Successful Applicant
A successful Back Office Consultant should have:
- Bilingual ability to speak Mandarin and English
- 1 year of relevant experience required, 3 years of total working experience preferred
- Experience in General Ledger reconciliation and UAT test support recommended
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management
- Understanding of treasury functions and financial product characteristics
