Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 7:10 AM – 3:30 PM)

Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher for a middle school setting. This role involves working with a manageable caseload of approximately 13 students and providing both push-in and pull-out instructional support to meet diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide push-in and pull-out instructional support based on student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and parents
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Adapt lesson plans to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Maintain a structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Instructional License required
• Certification in Middle School Special Education required
• Must be highly qualified in ELA and/or Math
• Previous middle school experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
