Title: Engineering Technician IIDuration: 12 Months
Location: Round Lake, IL
Schedule: 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday, Flexible Work hours.

- The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of research and/or development laboratory tasks and experiments.
- May make detailed observations, analyze data and interpret results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory levels for laboratory supplies.
- May write experimental reports, summaries and protocols.
- May also develop and maintain record keeping for experiment performed.
- Perform limited troubleshooting and calibration of instruments.
- Individual usually is assigned routine assembly and testing portions of projects (e.g. Product performance and software script testing).
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills such as word processing, data entry and e-mail

- High School diploma or equivalent, AA Degree is preferred, 0 years experience.
- Will be working with infusion devices and measure flowrate accuracy, sensors functionality.
- Needs to be detail oriented, run tests, address issues and communicate observations.
- Work with Engineers for executing iterations.
- Needs to have good Documentation skills.
- Background in Lab is plus.
- Will be using Tape measures, balances, timers, pressure meters, screwdrivers on a day-to-day basis, ready to train on the software and equipment needed.
- Prefers 1-2 years of experience, will consider fresh grads, associates and high school candidates.
- Bachelors is fine, Masters or PhD will be overqualified.
- Will consider non-local candidates as long as they can relocate on own expenses.
