Quality Inspector CMM
This role utilizes Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), precision measuring equipment, and inspection techniques to verify product conformity while supporting production and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or quality-related certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Experience performing First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections.
- Experience with CMM platforms and CMM inspections.
- CMM programming exp preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience using CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS, or MODUS.
- Experience with FAA, DoD, or aerospace customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
- Conduct in-process inspections throughout manufacturing to verify dimensional accuracy and process compliance.
- Perform final inspections prior to shipment to ensure all customer, engineering, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using applicable inspection software.
- Inspect precision-machined, fabricated, and assembled aerospace components using CMMs and conventional inspection equipment.
