We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This key role supports daily interaction with customers in our retail warehouse operation, supports office operations, with a focus on billing/invoicing, and organizing maintenance schedules, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.The ideal candidate will possess a friendly personality for being customer-facing, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Prior billing experience.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Experience as an office receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Proficient in using computer software relevant to administrative functions.
