Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Rawlins, Wyoming.

Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Wyoming COTA license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start of assignment.
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, therapeutic modalities, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist and to communicate clinical progress to the interdisciplinary team.
