Job Description

Lead full project life cycles from pre‑construction to final handover
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
Own budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change management
Act as primary liaison across ownership, design teams, and contractors
Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

8+ years of construction project management experience
Proven delivery of ground‑up multifamily or commercial projects
Strong financial and cost‑control capability
Advanced, hands‑on experience with Procore
Confident leader with clear stakeholder communication skills
